In Memoriam

In Memoriam:  The Rev. Dr. Cody C. Unterseher, Ph.D. With great sadness we report the untimely death of the editor of The Anglican, the Rev. Dr. Cody C. Unterseher, in late April 2012.  Fr. Unterseher served The Society as Editor since 2008, and was also theologian-in-residence at Christ Church Bronxville in the Diocese of New York.  His last letter to his parish before his death is here.  He was awarded his doctoral degree posthumously from Notre Dame University, where he was enrolled,  at its May 2012 graduation. Almighty God, we remember before you your faithful servant Cody, and we pray that, having opened to him the gates of larger life, you will receive him more and more into your joyful service, that, with all who have faithfully served you in the past, he may share in the eternal victory of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
