The Anglican Society, which in the United States of America was established in the year 1932, has as its purpose to promote and maintain the Catholic doctrine, discipline, and worship of the Episcopal Church in accordance with the principles and contents of the Book of Common Prayer and in the context of an on-going exploration and affirmation of Anglican identity and self-understanding. It publishes a quarterly journal, sponsors  public meetings and occasional conferences, co-sponsors the William Reed Huntington commemorative service at Grace Church on Broadway, maintains its own website, and may also publish pamphlets related to its purposes.
